Catch Up

We've been hanging out at home this week.

Earlier this week, EJ became congested and her left eye was runny and teary. I assumed it was allergies. When she woke up yesterday, both eyes were runny and looked terrible and she had developed a cough.

We went to the doctor yesterday afternoon and she has a double ear infection (her right side never cleared up from a few weeks ago) and conjunctivitis in both eyes. Blech. She's is on a strong antibiotic and eye drops. Bless her little heart.

Little sister turned 3 months old on the 2nd. In current second child syndrome, I haven't gotten a chance to get her monthly post up. I will say that I bought size 3 diapers yesterday...and they fit her. Also, she is wearing size 3-6 months and 6 month clothes...and they fit her...at three months. Geez.

This summer, little sister will be sporting her big sister's 12 month sized swimsuits from last summer. I'm happy to say they are a little roomy, but not as much as they should be for a 3 month old :)

One fun thing is she has started belly laughing! Oh, how I love those first deep laughs!!

My friend, Heather, told me the other day that they started putting their little girl to bed an hour earlier and she sleeps in later in the morning. I'm all for that, so EJ's bedtime has moved up 30 minutes to 7:00. I'm happy to say, the child has been sleeping until 8:00 or after every morning. Of course, this may have something to do with the fact that she is sick...especially considering she slept until 10:15am on Wednesday!! I gotta say, it's nice to have a little more downtime in the evenings with Hubby!! AG goes down at 6:30 and EJ goes down at 7.

This little girl cracks us up every day! She was wearing her sunglasses (or as she calls them "cool dudes") upside down in the car the other day. Hubby & I were cracking up!

Finally, later this year Hubby and I are headed out on a cruise with family...my parents, siblings, aunt, uncle, and cousins. It will be Hubby's first time cruising and my second...we can not wait!!! I sure it will be here before we know it! Caribbean, here we come!
