:: It's Baby Week! I can't believe that on Thursday we'll have 2 little girls. Crazy!

:: I think I'm ready for all that Thursday holds. I'm getting a little nervous about the surgery, but I think that's completely normal. I know the surgery shouldn't be bad, but mentally I keep playing my last c-section through my mind and everything seems so much larger now. I'm trying not to think about it too much.

:: I'm pretty excited that come Thursday, if everything goes well and is on time, I should be snuggling my sweet baby by 9:00am!

:: Hubby has a new work schedule and it has been wonderful!! He works from 6:15am - 4:15pm...which means he's home by 4:45 every afternoon! We love it so far and I'm sure it be so nice once he goes back to work after the baby arrives.

:: I had my last OB appt this morning. Everything looked good. I was having contractions during the NST, and they said if I start having them more frequently to call. I'm pretty sure my body is no where near going in to labor!

:: My final weigh-in this pregnancy was 17 lbs gained! Woo hoo!

:: I keep wondering how much this baby is going to weigh! We know she will be bigger than EJ was at 6 lb, 10oz. Every time my doctor feels my belly, she comments that "this one is going to be bigger than the first". I have NO idea what that means! I think she'll weigh in at no more than 9 lbs.

:: I'm so glad that I've decided to have a c-section again. I was talking with a girl at a baby shower I went to yesterday and she has to make the same decision regarding a c-section vs. a VBAC. Her doctor told her to think about it this way...you already have a scar, why possibly mess up a different part of your body? Completely made sense to me! :)

:: I have to pack my bags for the hospital and EJ's clothes for going to grandma's, but other than that we are pretty much ready. We do need to get another baby monitor, but I'm waiting for a coupon to come in the mail. It doesn't look like we'll have it before we get home, but it's OK. The baby will be in her bassinet in our room for a few weeks so we'll hear her.

:: I made my last trip to the grocery store today. I've been trying to get some meals made and frozen so I don't have to cook so much. I made these freezer burritos on Saturday that we'll be able to have for lunches and/or dinners. They smelled amazing as I was putting them together. We are dying to try them, but we are waiting until we get home from the hospital :)
